Dynamic Rubbers Heat Resistant Belts are designed for manufacturing processes that require transporting hot materials or creating heat.
Dynamic Rubbers Heat Resistant Belts come in a wide range, they can withstand 100-degree Celsius to 300-degree Celsius. If the cover of the belt is not made of a proper blend of chemicals and minerals, the belt will have premature failure due to many reasons. The primary reasons are: The Cover becomes hard, Ply delamination, Joint failure and Deformation.
We’ve refined our composition formula, which consists of a combination of natural rubbers, various synthetic rubbers, minerals, and chemicals gathered from across the world, following intensive field study and several lab tests.
The specifically developed rubber cover prevents heat from passing to the ply and thus it eliminates many of the difficulties associated with transporting high emperature material. Hence, difficulties like the belt becoming hard or cracking on the top surface are prevented.
