Coated Fabrics

Coated Fabric

REACH, RoHS, PAH and CE certified

Coated Fabrics are manufactured by Dynamic Rubbers with an objective to strengthen conveyor belts that are put to use in a variety of industries for transporting materials. The belting fabrics, which are processed in many layers inside the conveyor belts, must be tough and provide the needed strength, functional features, and durability to the finished belt.

About

Dynamic Rubbers offers multiple types of products for every kind of usage in a variety of industries. Our coated fabrics are UV stabilized and are waterproof, fire, weather, abrasion, and wear and tear resistant. These are easy to use, install, and maintain, and are made of high tenacity polyester yarn with a special PVC composition.

Coated fabrics are flexible composite materials made by applying bonding agents to one or both sides of a fabric substrate and then precisely coating it with various rubber compounds, depending on the fabric’s intended use. After the coating has been cured , the rubber and the fabric form a tight connection. After coating and curing, the finished product is solid and flexible. It is washable, durable, and far stronger than uncoated textiles. Rubber coated textiles have a tightly knit texture, resulting in limited penetration and diffusion. They can be electrically conductive as well as resistant to weather, oil, and temperature.

We utilize solvent-based coating because it provides greater adhesion. Our large-scale manufacturing capabilities and quick development cycles ensure constant quality and timely delivery. All Coated Fabrics are thoroughly tested to ensure that they meet the customer’s requirements. We assure that all fabrics satisfy the highest quality requirements. We always use comprehensive testing methods and we have a highly equipped lab.
