The chloroprene bonding layer on DYNAMIC’s Ceramic Lagging Sheets is utilized as a protective covering to maximize pulley life in applications for harsh circumstances, for instance: damp and muddy environments.

Wet/muddy conditions: Protects pulleys, prolongs life. Made with high quality alumina tiles, abrasion resistant rubber.

conditions.

Width upto 500mm.

CN bonding layer: In most metal lining Rubber sheet applications, a thin layer (0.8-1.0 mm) of neoprene backing is added due to its excellent adhesion qualities to metals.

Length upto 10 meters.

Thickness 10-20 mm.

Dimpled surface for grip: The dimples on the pulley surface create micro-sized grip points that provide increased friction with the conveyor belt.
