Ceramic Pulley Lagging
Rubber Sheets.

Product Information
Ceramic pulley lagging is a specialized type of covering applied to conveyor pulleys. It's designed for high-abrasion applications, offering superior wear resistance compared to traditional rubber lagging. This makes it ideal for handling abrasive materials like coal, ore, and aggregates in industries like mining, cement production, and power generation.
Roll length upto 25 meter.

Salient Features
Wet/muddy conditions: Protects pulleys, prolongs life. Made with high quality alumina tiles, abrasion resistant rubber.
Best for
wet/muddy
conditions.
Width upto 500mm.
CN bonding layer: In most metal lining Rubber sheet applications, a thin layer (0.8-1.0 mm) of neoprene backing is added due to its excellent adhesion qualities to metals.
Length upto 10 meters.
Thickness 10-20 mm.
Dimpled surface for grip: The dimples on the pulley surface create micro-sized grip points that provide increased friction with the conveyor belt.
